SPÄNEX is a new member of the Venti family. For more than 60 years, SPÄNEX has been manufacturing and selling extraction systems and filter systems for craft and industrial businesses in various sectors. Priority is given to companies in the wood, plastics, paper and metal industries. The guiding principle of SPÄNEX is to be able to offer our customers complete, efficient, reliable and high-quality system technology from a single source. One focus of SPÄNEX's extensive product range is the hydraulic briquetting presses manufactured in-house, with which the chips and dust produced and extracted during production processes are converted into briquettes that can be used as fuel or recyclate or enable more cost-effective disposal.

SPÄNEX has developed several hydraulic briquetting presses with different capacities ranging from approx. 40 kg/h up to approx. 250 kg/h in order to press loose wooden shavings and dust to hard briquettes. The advantages are：

- Volume reduction of up to 90 %

- Better handling of residual materials

- Production of sellable briquettes

- Reduction of the risk of fire and explosion due to lack of fine dust

Residual materials in the form of chips, dusts and wood chips from the following materials can be briquetted:

Solid wood, Chip board, MDF, Varnish and sanding dust etc.

SPÄNEX supplies these presses either as separate machines or in combination with filter units or dedusters in a complete package.

Deduster made by SPÄNEX, Type SMU

Compact dust extractors of the SMU series are used to extract dust from one or more woodworking machines. The suction volume flows of our dedusters range from 1,200 to 10,000 m³/h and are therefore the preferred solution for joinery and carpentry workshops. The separated shavings can be collected either in the integrated dust bins or can be discharged into BigBags, containers, silos or can be briquetted by an integrated SPÄNEX-briquetting press.

In addition to extraction systems for chips and dusts, paint mist extraction systems are also part of the SPÄNEX manufacturing and delivery programme. The product range extends from compact spraying walls to underfloor extraction systems for the highest demands on surface quality. Supply air systems with and without heat recovery as well as paint dust extraction systems complete the system technology equipment.

Another important component of the systems we supply are the electrical switch units. In accordance with our motto "All from one source", the switchgear cabinets with all control and regulation elements are also developed, programmed and manufactured in-house.

SPÄNEX has enriched the product portfolio of the Venti family. At the upcoming 25th IE EXPO Shanghai, we will also focus on promoting the products of this brand.
